• **Twelve (12) Months unlimited access (annual concierge plan) $225/ month; Includes initial comprehensive consultation; follow up consultations, during the 12 months period, are at no extra charge,  scheduled at the doctor’s approval and only as needed. * *

 *Price is based on minimum of three (3) month VIP consultations which begin after your first encounter with the Doctor. Additional follow up and consultations as needed and/ or approved by the physician (up to three consultations) plus unlimited email / communication access to the physician. Must be paid in full and must be used consecutively; there are additional discounts for each additional family member (please contact us for further details).
